Q.What are the check-in and check-out times?
A.

Check-in is from 15:00 to 18:00.

* Please contact us in advance if you arrive after 18:00. Check-out time is by 10:00.

Q.Is early check-in or late check-out available?
A.

Early check-in is not available, but you may park your car before 15:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur a fee; please request it after arrival.

Q.Are pets allowed?
A.

Only small dogs are allowed, and stay is possible in the “Dog Base” or “Dog Suite Base”.
・No other animals allowed.
・Up to 2 dogs per room.

Q.Are there any cancellation fees?
A.

Cancellation fees are as follows:
・No show / No contact: 100% of accommodation fee
・1 day before arrival: 100%
・7 days before arrival: 70%
・30 days before arrival: 50%

Q.What payment methods are accepted?
A.

We accept cashless payments including various credit cards and QR code payments.

Q.Is there a shuttle service?
A.

We are sorry, but there is no shuttle service available.

Q.Are there celebration plans available?
A.

We offer optional orders for cakes and bouquets.
・Cakes: please inform the number of guests.
・Bouquets: from 5,000 yen (excluding tax).

About the Rooms

Q.What is the maximum capacity?
A.

All rooms accommodate from 1 to 4 guests. Please inquire about shared beds. Standard rooms can be connected.

Q.How many beds are there?
A.

Each room is equipped with four single beds.

Facilities

Q.What amenities are provided?
A.

Towel set (bath mat, face towel, bath towel), hair dryer, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toothbrush & toothpaste, razor, cotton, comb, shower cap, slippers are provided.

Q.Can we have BBQ or meals if it rains?
A.

You can enjoy meals in the dining room of each building, so please rest assured.

Q.Are there air conditioning or climate control?
A.

Each bedroom and dining room is equipped with air conditioning.

Q.Is Wi-Fi available?
A.

Free Wi-Fi is available in every building.

Q.Is smoking allowed in guest rooms?
A.

All rooms are non-smoking (including heated tobacco products). Please use the smoking area located next to the management building.

Q.Are there private bathrooms and toilets?
A.

Each building has individual bathrooms and toilets.

Q.Are power outlets available?
A.

Power outlets are freely available in each room.

Q.Is a microwave available?
A.

Microwaves are not provided in any building.

Q.Is bringing your own fire pit table or stove allowed?
A.

For fire safety, bringing your own fire-related equipment is prohibited. Thank you for your understanding.

Q.Are seasonings provided?
A.

Salt, pepper, and olive oil are provided.
* Available for guests also staying without meals.

Q.What drinks are available?
A.

The refrigerator in the room contains complimentary beer, highballs, chuhai, non-alcoholic beer, cola, soda, fruit juice, Perrier, and mineral water. Additional beverages (wine, sake, whiskey, etc.) are available until 20:00 upon request.

* Menu items may change.

Q.Is there a kids’ menu?
A.

For children aged 3 to under 12, we offer a simple grilled hamburger menu.
* Not available for guests on accommodation-only plans.

Q.Are there supplies available for dogs?
A.

We provide bowls, pet sheets, disinfectant spray, dry towels, etc.
* Please bring your dog’s food.

Q.Can dogs sleep on the bed?
A.

Please refrain from allowing dogs on the beds. Cages are provided for use.

Meals

Q.Where can I have my meals during my stay?
A.

Regardless of meal plan or accommodation-only plan, you can use the dining room of each building.

Q.Can I bring my own food and drinks?
A.

You are free to bring your own food and drinks. Each room comes equipped with a refrigerator (with freezer) for your use.

Q.Is it possible to accommodate allergies or disliked ingredients?
A.

We will accommodate ingredient substitutions according to allergy details if informed at least 3 days before your stay.
* For guests with allergies or disliked foods, we recommend the accommodation-only plan so you can bring preferred ingredients.

Q.What are the meal service times for meal plans?
A.

Dinner time can be selected from 18:00, 18:30, or 19:00. Breakfast ingredients will be prepared in the refrigerator at dinner time.

Others

Q.Can I do fireworks?
A.

We are sorry, but fireworks are prohibited for safety reasons.

Q.Is karaoke available?
A.

You can enjoy karaoke using the projector installed in each room. Please keep volume considerate of adjacent rooms. Note that the facility observes a silent time from 22:00 onward and your cooperation is appreciated.

Q.Are there convenience stores or supermarkets nearby?
A.

Convenience Store: “Lawson Poplar Suo-Oshima Store” (24-hour) about 7 minutes by car. Supermarket: “Marukyu Oshima Komatsu Store” (8:30–20:00, open daily) about 5 minutes by car.

Q.Is accommodation possible for wheelchair users?
A.

We apologize, but there are no barrier-free rooms available in our facility.
